Hello everyone, I'm Betania! Originally from Brazil, I established myself in Canada 11 years ago. With a background in electrical engineering and over 20 years in technology, I also hold a certification in personal training. I speak Portuguese, French, English, and Spanish.
My passion lies in inspiring others to move better and lead healthier lives while growing in my professional career in technology. At 35 years old, I faced my own sedentary challenges, sparking a transformative fitness journey in 2016 where I committed to daily workouts and clean eating.
Since then, I've documented my adventures on Instagram, fostering a community built on inspiration and mutual support. As an Under Armour Canada ambassador since 2017 and a fitness influencer, I've collaborated with global and local brands to promote wellness and the joy of movement.

2021: Started cycling and ran three half marathons after moving to Vancouver

2022: Celebrated my 42nd birthday with my first marathon in Paris and began preparing for triathlons

2023: Completed sprint and super sprint triathlons and ran my second full marathon in Long Beach

2024: At 42 years old, completed an Ironman 70.3 less than a year after learning how to swim and completed the 3rd Marathon in Sacramento

2025: Completed 4th Marathon, Tokyo Marathon ​and training to complete my first full Ironman (3.8km swimming, 180km cycling and 42km Running)
